TV Stand Quest.com Cancellation Policy

With certain items, we and the manufacturers commit money, materials, and manpower toward the fulfillment of the order at the time the order is placed. We can not re-cover these costs, therefore, with these items, orders can not be changed and cancellations and refunds are not provided. All sales are final. Additionally, orders that have been shipped or partially shipped can not be cancelled or changed. Items that fall under our "no cancellation" policy are:
  • Custom orders.
  • Special order items.
This list is not all inclusive. 

TV Stand Quest.com Returns Policy


To understand our returns policy, it is important that you first determine whether we, TV Stand Quest.com, consider the item to be "defective" or "non-defective" How TV Stand Quest.com defines a "non-defective" item:
  • Any order that is changed or cancelled after it has already shipped, or partially shipped, regardless of whether the delivery is rejected.  
  • Any order that has not been opened.  
  • Items in which you suspect damage during shipment.  
  • Rejected deliveries are always considered to be non-defective returns.  
  • Any item that is does not meet the criteria for "defective" as defined below. 
How TV Stand Quest.com defines a "defective" item:
  • A defective item is defined as one that has a manufactured flaw. The flaw existed before shipping and was not created in transit. 
Once you have determined whether we consider an item "defective" or "non-defective", use the following to determine the conditions for return: TheStandStore.com refund polices and re-ship policies are as follows:  

A. If the item is "defective".
  • If an item comes to you in defective condition, TV Stand Quest.com will arrange pick up of the item for return and will send a new item or the necessary replacement parts to you right away.  
  • Defective items can only be exchanged for the same non-defective item. Refunds are not provided.  
  • A report of a defect or damage must be sent to Customer Service within 15 days of delivery.  
  • If an item is discovered to be defective after 15 days, you will need to send the defective merchandise to the manufacturer or service location for replacement or repair.  
B. If the item is "non-defective".  

Refunds for return of non-defective items will be for the purchase price minus the following: 
  • A 20% restocking fee. 
  • The cost TV Stand Quest.com incurred in shipping the item to you. 
  • The cost TV Stand Quest.com incurred in shipping the item back to our return location. 
C. Items in which you suspect damage during shipment.  

If you suspect damage, do not reject the delivery. Have the delivery driver make a note of the damage.  
 
Then, contact our customer support center and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
 
If TV Stand Quest.com determines that item was damaged in shipment, we will provide replacement parts or a replacment unit of the same model. 
Items that can or can not be returned and return charges that will apply:

A. For items that have not been opened:   
  • The item will be considered "Non-Defective" (return charges will apply per above).  
  • The item must be in its original undamaged packaging.  
  • The return date must be within 15 days of the delivery date.  
  • The item must be in an unused condition. 
  • A return authorization number must be obtained (please see below)   
B. For items that have been unpacked and/or assembled.
  • These items can not be returned.  
C. For special order items and custom orders 
  • These items can not be returned. 
D. For "defective" items (as defined above).
  • Defective items can not be returned for a refund. They can only be exchanged for the same non-defective item. 
E. Items for which an return authorization has not been obtained.
  • An item or items can not been returned if you have not obtained a return authorization.
  • Please see the return initiation procedure below. 
How to initiate a return:

If you would like to return an item, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number.   
  
TV Stand Quest.com will not issue refunds for returns made to any location without an RMA.   
 
We require an RMA so that we are able to match your return to your order.   
 
Any return made with an RMA that is more than 15 days old will be accepted or rejected at the discretion of TV Stand Quest.com  
 
Any item returned 1 month or more after the RMA was issued, will be rejected and returned to the sender.   
 
Do not return an item to the address from which it shipped. We will provideyou with the proper return address.   Definition of the warranty period. The warranty period begins upon purchase of an item, except in the case of a "special order"  item which begins upon delivery of the item.

We are not responsible for typo's, errors or incorrect manufacturer's specifications. The actual product may vary from the photo shown due to occasional changes in manufacturing.
