What are the different ways I can place an order ?

Simple !  You can place an order via the web store or by phone.

Online, you can place an order 24/7 and via phone you can place an order during our calling hours.

How do I pay ?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged ?

For standard orders, an authorization ONLY will be placed on your card for the amount of the purchase at the time of the order. TV Stand Quest.com does not charge a customer's credit card or other credit method until the order ships or partially ships. 

For non-standard orders, meaning special orders or custom orders TV Stand Quest.com will charge the customer and fully process payment into our account at the time of the order.

Will I receive an order Confirmation ?

Yes !  When you complete an order, either online or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout.

Please review your order confirmation immediatly, just to be sure you ordered what you intended or to be sure that no mistakes occurred.

Sometime order confirmations do not get through to your email.  Usually this is due to a spam blocker or because the email address that we have for you is not correct.

If you don't receive a confirmation, please give us a call.

What if I need to cancel or return?

In most circumstances, you can cancel or change any order up until the time it ships from the warehouse.   Many times our items ship very quickly, so please call us as soon as you are aware that you need to change.

If you need to cancel or change an item after it has shipped, our return policies will apply.  Please review our return policies for details.

Custom orders and special orders can not be cancelled or returned.

Will I be charged sales tax ?

Probably not !  But, if your item is being shipped to an address in Missouri, yes, sales tax will be added to your order.

Can I take advantage of special deals ?

Yes you can !   If you register for our email deals, you will receive an email from us whenever an item goes on sale or whenever we know and item is about to go up in price.   In this email, you will get a special code to use during checkout.
